Bahamas Congratulates Canada on the 151st Anniversary of Independence

The Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas congratulates the Government of Canada on the occasion of the one hundred and fifty-first anniversary of its confederation celebrated 1st July, 2018. Canada and The Bahamas are both members of the Commonwealth of Nations and well as other international organizations such as the United Nations and the Organization of American States.  Strong and cordial relations exist between both countries, including collaboration on trade, tourism, security  and education. May the Government and people of Canada continue to enjoy peace and prosperity.
