Ms. Dixon achieved a distinction in each component of the course and was awarded the Ralph Feltham prize for submission of the best dissertation of the year. The prize is given annually in honour of Mr. Ralph Feltham, Founding Director of Oxford University’s Foreign Service Programme. The Foreign Service Programme, designed to bring together early to mid-career diplomats for postgraduate study in International Politics, Public International law, International Trade and Finance and Diplomatic Practice, will mark the 50th anniversary of its establishment in 2019. Ms. Dixon received a Chevening Scholarship to fund her participation on the course. She therefore now joins the global alumni network of the Foreign Service Programme as well as that of some 50, 000 Chevening scholars around the world.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs congratulates Foreign Service Officer Dixon for her stellar achievement.
