Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between The Bahamas and Thailand

UNITED NATIONS, New York — Desirous of developing and strengthening the relations of friendship and co-operation, on 21 September 2016, the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the Kingdom of Thailand formalised diplomatic relations through the signing of a Joint Communique on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations.

The Joint Communique was signed by the Honourable Mr. Frederick Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration of The Bahamas and Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, in New York.
