Mrs. Erica Ward Addresses Colleagues at Speaker’s Forum

On Tuesday, 23rd April 2019, Mrs. Erica Ward delivered a presentation on her participation in “Juntos!! Japan-Latin America and The Caribbean Exchange Programme”, held in Tokyo, Japan from the 3rd to 11th March, 2019.

The programme was designed to encourage an understanding of Japan’s society, diverse culture, politics and diplomatic relations.

Mrs. Ward, an officer of the CARICOM division discussed various thematic areas of the programme during the Ministry’s Speaker’s Forum. Topics included Japanese culture, Bahamas/Japan relations, Japan’s assistance to CARICOM member states and site visits.

Mrs. Ward was among fourteen nationals from CARICOM member states participating in the programme.
