WASHINGTON, D.C. — Mr. Chet Neymour, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Bahamas Embassy and alternate Bahamas permanent representative to the Organization of American States (OAS), is pictured speaking at the regular meeting of the OAS Permanent Council on Thursday, February 16, 2017, in the Simon Bolívar Hall of the OAS headquarters at 17th and Constitution Avenue, N.W.
