Mexican Call for the 2017 Scholarships of Excellence Programme for Foreign Students

The Government of Mexico has announced the official opening of the Call for the 2017 Scholarships of Excellence Programme for Foreign Students to conduct post graduate studies at the Masters and Doctoral levels, as well as Research Fellowships.

The scholarships being offered include benefits such as tuition, roundtrip air transportation from country of origin to the city where the attending university is located at the beginning and conclusion of full course of studies, monthly living stipend, and medical insurance. As a special feature for candidates from the CARICOM and ACS Member States, recipients have the option to undertake a six-month immersion course on Spanish and Mexican Culture prior to the start of the post graduate studies.

Please note that the names of all interested persons, along with the required documents, should be submitted to this Ministry no later than 9th September, 2016 so that we may meet the deadline set by the Embassy of Mexico.

Also additionally please note the information relative to the College of Mexico (Colmex) which is offering a total of 15 scholarships to the Latin American and Caribbean region at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
