THE REPUBLIC OF ESTONIA CELEBRATES 101 YEARS

The Government and people of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas congratulate the people of the Republic of Estonia on one hundred one (101) years of nationhood.

The Bahamas and Estonia established diplomatic ties in October 2005. Since then, the relationship between both countries has demonstrated a willingness towards greater technical support and co-operation. This was recently manifested through a technical mission by Estonia to The Bahamas with respect to the enhancement of the e-governance mechanism in The Bahamas.

The Bahamas offers best wishes for the continued success, health and security of Estonia, and for the happiness, unity, and prosperity of its Government and people.
