The Embassy Consular Annex Campus Outreach Tour-A Diaspora Initiative

THE EMBASSY CONSULAR ANNEX CAMPUS OUTREACH TOUR – A DIASPORA INITIATIVE

WASHINGTON, D.C.: Theo Neilly, Consul General embarked on the first leg of his Campus Outreach Tour, which began at Catholic University in October, 2018 and ended at Howard University in December, 2018.

The Campus Outreach Tour is a multifaceted initiative with three (3) objectives. The first objective is to engage with the Bahamian diaspora, this includes our many students who attend academic institutions across the United States of America in pursuit of higher education, and the Bahamian education professionals who add value to these academic institutions. The second objective is to establish and strengthen relationships with Universities to create diverse educational opportunities for Bahamians at home and abroad. The third objective is to provide students with pertinent consular information.
