NASSAU, Bahamas — Chinese Ambassador H.E. Huang Qinguo held a ceremony for the 2016 Chinese Scholarship recipients at the Chinese Embassy in New Providence. In attendance were Foreign Affairs Director General Mrs. Sharon Haylock who gave brief remarks to all recipients present.
