2020 Mexican Government Scholarship Programme for International Students

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mexico) is now accepting applications for the 2020 Mexican Government Scholarship Programme for International Students.

This programme includes the participation of more than 100 institutions of Higher Education across Mexico and demonstrates the Government of Mexico’s commitment to strengthening bonds of academic collaboration with countries such as The Bahamas as well as to advance The Bahamas in the areas of Sciences and Humanities.

The Government of Mexico is offering scholarships for Master’s and Doctoral Degrees. Candidates may also seek to pursue medical specialization and graduate level research and post-doctoral fellowships, as well as participate in undergraduate and graduate programmes.

Applications for Bahamian Nationals must be submitted through the Academic Cooperation Management System (SIGCA) https://sigca.sre.gob.mx/login of the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) no later than 27 September, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. (Mexico City local time).
