Ambassador to the United Nations Stan Smith delivered a keynote address yesterday, 18th July, at the 18th International Youth Human Rights Summit at the United Nations in New York.

The three-day summit is being hosted by Timor-Liste in the margins of the Economic & Social Committee (ECOSOC) High Level Political Forum.
