NEW YORK — At the invitation of Manhattan Borough President Gale A Brewer and Commissioner Penny Abeywardena of the New York City’s Mayor’s Office for International Affairs, Consul General Forrester J Carroll and his wife, Dr. Valencia P Carroll, on Monday, March 27, 2017, attended a reception held by the Mayor’s office in honour of the contributions to the City of New York by Consuls General located within the NY City area.
