16th CEPA Session

Ms Rowena Bethel, Bahamas Expert on the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA) in conversation with the Director of the Department of Public Administration and Development Management, Ms. Marion Barthelemy during the 16th session of CEPA, New York 24 – 28 April 2017. The main subject of discussion was “Ensuring effective implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals: leadership, action and means”. Ms Bethel served as Rapporteur for the session.
