Ambassador Pinnock Secures Funding for Bahamian Farmers

Bahamas Ambassador to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) His Excellency Winston Pinnock recently held a meeting with China’s Ambassador to The Bahamas, Dai Qingli. 

Ambassador Pinnock and Ambassador Qingli discussed bolstering the Bahamian agricultural industry. Ambassador Qingli committed to giving financial support to Bahamian poultry farmers with funds donated from China to the FAO. 

Bolstering Bahamian agriculture will steer The Bahamas towards food security, reducing poverty, creating trade opportunities, and a healthier society overall.
