Senator the Hon L Ryan Pinder, Attorney General of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas recently gave an address to the Society for Trust and State Practitioners Latin America (STEP-LATAM) conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In his remarks, the Attorney General discussed his role on the United Nations Ad Hoc Committee to draft the Terms of Reference for a UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation while calling for fair international tax standards with terms that are fair for developing states like The Bahamas.
