The Bahamas Hosts Virtual Meeting Ahead of Annual CARICOM Conference

February 4, 2025. Nassau, NP, The Bahamas. The Honourable Frederick A. Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Bahamas, convened a virtual meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, with the Associate Member States of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). The discussion provided a platform for Associate Members to share perspectives ahead of the 48th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM, scheduled for February 19-21, 2025.

Attending the meeting virtually were Honourable Dr. Natalio Wheatley, Premier of the British Virgin Islands, along with representatives from Anguilla, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Montserrat, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Bahamas will present a report on matters affecting Associate Members during the upcoming Conference of Heads of Government.
