CHINESE SCHOLARSHIPS 2022/2023

The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas has advised that the Government of China is offering six (6) full scholarships to Bahamian students for the academic year 2022/2023!

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Must be in good physical & mental health;
• Be a high school graduate under the age of 25 when applying for the undergraduate programme;
• Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programme;
• Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programme;
• Be a high school graduate (at least) under the age of 45 when applying for the general scholar programme;
• Be a masters degree holder or an associate professor (or above) under the age of 50; when applying for senior scholar programs;
• Must have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 3 for undergraduate or general scholar programs;
• Must have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 3 for senior scholar programs;
• Must have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 4 for masters or doctoral programs.
