EMERGENCY NOTICE

REGISTRATION FORM FOR BAHAMIAN CITIZENS AND LEGAL RESIDENTS STRANDED ABROAD DUE TO COVID-19.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to advise that the Bahamas Government invites all Bahamian Citizens and Legal Residents, who are stranded abroad due to Covid-19 to complete the Registration Form for Repatriation. All mandatory fields must be completed.

Please Note: Persons holding one of the following valid permits may also apply: Permanent Resident, Permit to Reside, Spousal Permit, Belonger’s Permit or Work Permit.

Email address – to receive the one time passcode (OTP) to create an account

Address while abroad (City, Country, Street Address)

Bahamian Citizen (must have a valid Bahamian Passport)

Upload of Passport data and signature page

Legal Resident (must have a valid Bahamian Permanent or Annual Resident Card)(Holders of Permanent Resident/Spousal/Belonger/Permit to Reside/Work Permit)

Upload of Valid Permit

Permanent address in The Bahamas (City, Street Address)

Emergency contact in The Bahamas (name and telephone contact)

Mandatory quarantine (14) days

When and where you were tested for COVID-19

Negative Covid-19 test result

Mandatory testing on arrival in The Bahamas (if not tested).

Mandatory isolation if tested positive for COVID-19

Family members travelling together must complete/make one application (Complete (1) form per family)
