FOREIGN SERVICE TRAINING DIVISION CONDUCTS IN-HOUSE TRAINING WORKSHOPS ON LEGAL AFFAIRS

In an effort to continue the ongoing training of Officers in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Foreign Service Training Division, in collaboration with the Legal Affairs Division and the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs, conducted a two-day in-house training workshop for the Legal Affairs Division on the 25^th and 26^th May, 2021.

The sessions, which were facilitated by senior-level Officials from the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs, addressed various topics of interest which, inter alia, included, an overview of the work of the International Legal Cooperation Unit ((ILCU), legal documents, treaties and United Nations Conventions to which The Bahamas is a state party.
