French Republic 230th National Day
The Government and People of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas extend congratulations to the Government and People of The French Republic as they celebrate the two hundredth and thirtieth (230th ) anniversary of Bastille Day. Bastille Day marks the birth of the French Republic.
The Bahamas and the French Republic established diplomatic ties forty six (46) years ago. Both countries work in a collaborative manner at the UN and other international organizations.
