The Bahamas Supports the Expanded Multinational Security Support Mission in Haiti

30th September, 2025. Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas. The Government of the Bahamas is in full support and pleased that the United Nations Security Council agreed today, 30th September, to transition the Kenya-led Multinational Security Support mission in Haiti into a much more lethal, expanded force.

This move is supported by both a newly created UN Support Office and the Organization of American States Haiti Roadmap.
