MFA Virtual Diplomatic Day 2021, held on 13th December 2021

On Monday, 13th December 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted its first virtual Diplomatic Day, under the theme “Working Together Towards a Sustainable and Smart Future”. Attendees were addressed by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Philip Davis and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon. Frederick Mitchell.
The event was moderated by Director-General Sharon Brennen-Haylock, Ambassador Chet Neymour, and Ms. Charice Rolle. Parliamentary Secretary, Jamahl Strachan, was also in attendance.
During the Working Sessions, esteemed panelists took the floor to present on matters relative to the theme such as climate change, health, SDGs, economic affairs, agriculture, technology, innovation and more.
