MoU Signed With Argenmar

On the occasion of the Bahamas attendance at the meeting of the 7th Summit of Heads of State and Government of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), The Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA), signed a MoU with Argenmar to consider future business opportunities within the Argentine maritime sector.

Argenmar is an independent shipping group established in Argentina in 1992 that provides specialized shipping and logistic services in Argentina and Latin America.

The Prime Minister noted the potential for collaboration with industry stakeholders in Argentina and welcomed the positive initiative for the potential to grow the ship registry and expand The Bahamas’ representation within the Latin American region.
