STATEMENT FROM THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS ON EARTHQUAKE IN ITALY

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its sympathy to the people of Italy, following yesterday’s devastating earthquake.
Our overseas offices will be monitoring events to ensure that Bahamians within that region are safe. A diplomatic note will be sent expressing the condolences from The Bahamas for the loss of life which has occurred.
