THE BAHAMAS ACCEDES TO 1928 CONVENTION ON PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Monday, January 23, 2017, The Bahamas deposited its instrument of accession to the 1928 Convention on Private International Law (Bustamante Code). Mrs. Sharon Brennen-Haylock, Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, deposited the instrument on behalf of The Bahamas at the administrative building of the Organization of American States (OAS), 19th Street and Constitution Ave., N.W.
