Trinidad and Tobago 58th National Day

On the occasion of the 58th Anniversary of Trinidad and Tobago’s’ National Day, 31st August, the Government and People of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, conveys congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of Trinidad and Tobago.

The National Day of Trinidad and Tobago commemorates its declaration of independence from the United Kingdom, 31st August 1962.

The Bahamas and Trinidad and Tobago share cordial diplomatic relations in bi-lateral and Multilateral settings since forming diplomatic ties in 1993.

Therefore, the Government of The Bahamas extends congratulations to the Government and People of Trinidad and Tobago as they celebrate their Independence Day.
